大学生混合学习持续学习意愿的影响因素研究

摘  要:随着互联网和智能终端的广泛应用,混合学习作为一种新型学习方式在各大高校逐渐普及。为探索大学生混合学习持续学习意愿的影响因素,文章在顾客满意度指数模型和期望确认模型的基础上构建初始模型,采用结构方程方法进行分析并验证各变量之间的关系。研究表明:学生期望、感知质量对感知价值与学生满意度有显著影响;感知价值、学生满意度对大学生持续学习意愿有显著影响。最后,从打破学习边界、提高学生学习体验和增强学生学习临场感三个方面提出合理化建议。

A Study on the Influencing Factors of College Students' Willingness to Continue Learning in Blended Learning

Abstract: With the wide application of Internet and intelligent terminal, as a new learning way, blended learning has gradually popularized in universities. In order to explore the influencing factors of college students' willingness to continue learning in blended learning, this paper constructs an initial model based on customer satisfaction index model and expectation confirmation model, and analyzes and verifies the relationship among variables by using structural equation method. The results show that students' expectation and perceived quality have significant influence on perceived value and student satisfaction. Perceived value and student satisfaction have significant influence on college students' willingness to continue learning. Finally, suggestions are put forward from three aspects: breaking learning boundaries, improving students' learning experience and enhancing students' sense of learning presence.
