摘 要：随着网络技术的发展，传统平台已无法满足使用需求，并且在一定程度上也限制了业务的开展，为了克服传统呼叫中心平台存在的问题，本文介绍了基于NGCC 呼叫中心平台的相关技术内容，从IPCC 体系架构入手，对其平台组网的手段以及应用策略进行了详细的研究，使各种媒介的多种联系在统一的平台上得以充分整合，充分地利用系统资源，提高系统处理能力。

NGCC Call Center Platform Networking and Its Application Analysis

Abstract：With the development of network technology，the traditional platform has been unable to meet the needs of use，and to a certain extent has limited the development of business. In order to overcome the problems existing in the traditional call center platform，this paper introduces the related technical content based on the NGCC call center platform，starting with the IPCC architecture，carries out a detailed study on the means of networking and application strategies of the platform. Make full use of system resources and improve system processing ability by integrating various media links on a unified platform.
