摘 要:在整个无线通信系统中,射频功率放大器是不可或缺的器件。本文从改善射频功率放大器线性化的领域出发,来解决功率放大器的线性和效率存在的矛盾问题。文章首先介绍了射频功率放大器本身固有的失真特性以及线性和效率之间存在的矛盾关系,然后阐述了几种常用的射频功率放大器线性化技术,分析了各种线性化技术的优缺点。

Abstract:In the whole wireless communication system,RF power amplifier is an indispensable device. In order to solve thecontradiction between linearity and efficiency of RF power amplifier,this paper starts from the field of improving linearization of RFpower amplifier. Firstly,the inherent distortion characteristics of RF power amplifier and the contradiction between linearity and efficiencyare introduced. Then several commonly used linearization techniques of RF power amplifier are described,and the advantages anddisadvantages of various linearization techniques are analyzed.
