基站天线封胶技术探究

摘  要:基站天线的使用场合大多都是在户外露天的空旷环境下,环境往往极为恶劣,在基站天线的使用过程中,既要经受烈日暴晒、高温酷暑、风吹雨打、冰雪严寒的物理性伤害侵袭,又要抵御沙土飞扬带来的机械性伤害侵袭,因此,天线的密封性对保证天线的性能和使用寿命影响至关重要。基站天线必须满足防水、防尘、防紫外线的要求并经受住高低温的考验。本文从天线的结构封装和硅酮密封胶的性能选择方面,简单概括对天线的封装要求,并对技术进行探究。

Research on Base Station Antenna Packaging Technology

Abstract:The use occasion of base station antenna were mostly in the outdoor environment,open environment is extremely bad,often in the process of the use of base station antenna,to withstand strong sunlight,high temperature heat,the wind and rain,snow and ice cold physical damage,and the mechanical damage to resist sand dust,therefore,antenna sealing to ensure performance and service life influence is very important. Base station antenna must meet the requirements of waterproof,dustproof and ultraviolet protection and withstand the test of high and low temperature. In this paper,the antenna structure packaging and silicone sealant performance selection,to summarize the antenna packaging requirements and the technology is explored.
