摘 要：随着科学技术的飞速发展与时代的进步，计算机通信与网络技术已渗透进我国社会的方方面面，数据通信、多媒体、电子商务等技术的应用，便利了人们的日常生活，促进了社会生产率的提高，为我国社会的现代化信息建设奠定了重要基础，切实提高计算机网络技术，有利于从根本上提高我国的综合国力。本文简述了应用计算机通信和网络技术的意义、计算机通信技术与网络技术的应用功能以及计算机通信和网络的技术应用。

Abstract：With the rapid development of science and technology and the progress of the times，computer communication and network technology have penetrated into all aspects of our society.
