摘 要：随着社会全面进入信息时代，以无线互联网为基础的多元通讯手段正在改变人们的工作和生活方式，但作为昔日语音通信核心设备的程控交换机仍将在相当长的时期内被广泛应用于企业、政府、商业、军事等领域，作为基础通信网络的骨干设备，持续发挥着不可替代的作用。目前，程控交换机正朝着数字化、低功耗、高集成度方向发展，维护和管理的方式方法也在悄然发生改变，本文从不同层面对程控交换机进行了研究，给出了程控交换机维护管理的对策，以期对通信设备维护和管理工作提供有益的借鉴。

Research on Maintenance and Management of Communication SPC Exchange

Abstract：With the society entering the information age in an all-round way，multi-communication means based on wireless internet are changing people’s work and life style，but as the core equipment of voice communication in the past，SPC exchange will be widely used in enterprises，government，commerce，military and other fields for a long time，as the basis of communication. The backbone equipment of the telecommunication network continues to play an irreplaceable role. At present，SPC exchanges are developing towards digitalization，low power consumption and high integration，and the ways and means of maintenance and management are changing quietly. This paper studies SPC exchanges from different levels，and gives the countermeasures of maintenance and management of SPC exchanges，in order to provide useful reference for the maintenance and management of communication equipment.
