摘 要：虽然我国智库建设取得了较大的进步，但是仍旧与世界一流智库存在差距，需要进一步扩大智库建设的范围与深度。基于此，本文从高端智库建设的重要性入手，阐述信息通信领域的高端智库存在的不足，并给出相应的高端智库建设建议，为我国一流智库的建设提供帮助，促进社会公共利益的最大化。

Thoughts on Building a High-end Think Tank in the Field of Information and Communication

Abstract：Although China’s think tank construction has made great progress，it is still in the gap with the world’s first-class intellectual inventory，and it is necessary to further expand the scope and depth of think tank construction. Based on this，this paper starts with the importance of high-end think tank construction，expounds the shortcomings of high-end intelligence inventory in the field of information and communication，and gives corresponding high-end think tank construction suggestions to help China’s first-class think tank construction and promote the public interest.
