摘 要：当前通信技术在社会生产与社会生活中的作用越来越重要。人们在生活、学习、工作中，随时随地都需要运用通信技术传输、交流、接收各种信息；而且这些信息的数量始终保持着高速增长，对通信系统的传输容量造成了较大的压力。因此，对通信传输技术与接入技术必须予以必要的重视。本文将就通信传输技术与接入技术的相关问题展开探讨。

Abstract：At present，communication technology plays an increasingly important role in social production and social life. In life，study and work，people need to use communication technology to transmit，exchange and receive all kinds of information at anytime and anywhere，and the number of these information has always maintained a high-speed growth，which has caused great pressure on the transmission capacity of the communication system. Therefore，it is necessary to pay attention to communication transmission technology and access technology. This paper will discuss the related problems of communication transmission technology and access technology.
