摘 要：现如今，我国各地经常会发生突发事件，造成严重的经济损失，也给群众的人身安全和财产安全带来威胁。因此，针对各种突发事件的发生，我国正在大力发展应急救援体系建设。其中，最为关键的便是应急通信指挥平台的建设，这是提高处理速度、处理方法的重要存在。而如何能够促使应急通信指挥平台得到高效的应用，是目前需要着重考虑的问题，基于此，本文将针对应急通信指挥平台的设计与应用提出相应的建议，促使应急通信指挥平台能够为处理我国突发事件带来更高效的帮助。

Design and Application of Emergency Communication Command Platform

Abstract：Nowadays，unexpected events often occur in various parts of China，causing serious economic losses and it also poses a threat to people’s personal safety and property safety. Therefore，in view of the occurrence of various emergencies，China is vigorously developing the construction of emergency rescue system. Among them，the most critical is the emergency communication command platform，which is an important existence of improving processing speed and methods. How to promote the efficient application of emergency communication command platform is an important issue to be considered at present. Based on this，this paper will put forward corresponding suggestions for the design and application of emergency communication command platform，so as to promote the emergency communication command platform to bring more effective help for dealing with emergencies in China.
