摘 要：现如今，伴随着我国智能技术的快速发展，基于物联网的5G 通信技术已经实现普遍的应用。要想确保5G 通信技术合理应用，必须要实现物联网技术和5G 通信技术的相融合。基于此，文章以物联网与5G 通信技术为研究对象，首先分析了物联网的发展现状，然后介绍了5G 通信技术的特点，最后提出了物联网和5G 通信技术的彼此融合，希望可以为有需要的人提供参考意见。

Abstract：Nowadays，with the rapid development of China’s intelligent technology，5G communication technology based on the internet of things has achieved universal application. To ensure the reasonable application of 5G communication technology，it is necessary to realize the integration of the internet of things technology and 5G communication technology. Based on this，this article takes the internet of things and 5G communication technology as the research object，first analyzes the development status of the internet of things，then introduces the characteristics of 5G communication technology，and finally proposes the integration of internet of things and 5G communication technology. Those who need to provide reference.
