摘 要：未来战争将是以信息化为本质特征的高技术战争，天基信息系统作为制胜的战略制高点，以其作用范围广、时效性强、不受国界限制、生存能力强的有利优势，为作战提供战场侦察、目标监视、作战导引、电子对抗、打击效能评估、通信保障、战场环境保障等全方位信息。文章重点研究美国天基信息系统装备、能力及技术发展水平，基于美国局部战争中的典型作战应用，分析其天基信息装备特点和发展趋势，提出对我国航天装备及天基信息应用发展的启示及建议。

Research on the Development Level of Space-based Information System Equipment and Technology Abroad

Abstract：The future war will be a high-tech war characterized by information technology. Space-based information system，as the strategic commanding point of victory，will provide battlefield reconnaissance，target surveillance，battle guidance，electronic warfare，strike effectiveness evaluation，communication support and battlefield environment support for operations with its advantages of wide range，strong timeliness，not limited by national boundaries and strong viability And so on. This paper focuses on the equipment，capability and technology development level of American space-based information system. Based on the typical combat applications in American local wars，it analyzes the characteristics and development trend of its space-based information equipment，and puts forward enlightenment and suggestions for the development of China’s space-based information equipment and application of space-based information.
