摘 要：本文分析了宽带海事卫星通信系统，即海事卫星第五代全球卫星通信系统的构成、技术特点、优势及实际应用。凸显了宽带海事卫星通信系统对于海上通信、海上航行安全、视频监控及机载卫星通信、机载宽带接入服务的重要作用。

Abstract：This paper analyzes the composition，technical features，advantages and practical applications of the fifth generation ofthe global satellite communication system，the maritime satellite communication system. It highlights the important role of the broadbandmaritime satellite communication system for maritime communications，maritime navigation security，video surveillance and airbornesatellite communication and airborne broadband access services.
