摘 要:本文介绍了一整套使用传感器采集电梯运行状态和核心部件状态数据的系统,通过互联网传输至中心服务器并存储,同时,使用大数据相关技术,针对电梯运行状态和核心部件状态数据选用神经网络相关算法进行数据分析,从而实现对电梯故障预警相关系统的体系结构设计,重点说明了该系统结构、系统组成和分析算法选择,本文对于电梯及相关特种设备监控以及故障预警系统的设计开发具有一定的参考意义。

Design and Implementation of Remote Elevator Fault Warning System
Based on Large Data

Abstract:This paper introduces a whole set of system for collecting elevator operation status and core component status data using sensors. At the same time,using the big data related technology,the neural network correlation algorithm is used to analyze the elevator operation status and the core component status data,so as to realize the architecture design of the elevator fault early warning related system. The structure,system composition and analysis algorithm selection of the system are emphasized. This paper has certain reference significance for the design and development of elevator and related special equipment monitoring and fault warning system.
