摘 要:2016 年10 月,工信部颁布《中国区块链技术和应用发展白皮书(2016)》,指出“区块链系统的透明化、数据不可篡改等特征,完全适用于学生征信管理、升学就业、学术、资质证明、产学合作等方面,对教育就业的健康发展具有重要的价值”。调研发现,当前国内外区块链技术在教育领域的应用越来越广泛,世界范围内已出现“区块链+ 教育”的尝试,一些教育 机构正在积极开展探索。“互联网+ 教育”是全球教育发展与变革的大趋势,区块链技术能够有效整合教育资源,实现资源共享,利用其分布式存储、信息不可篡改等特点很好地解决了传统教育行业的痛点。本文就区块链技术在中小学教育中的应用进行研究,构建了一个基于区块链技术的中小学教育机制,该机制能够加强素质教育和能力培养,改变了传统的教育模式,在一定程度上减轻了学生的课业负担,促进了中小学教育的健康发展。

Application of Block Chain Technology in Primary and Secondary Education

Abstract:In October 2016,the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology promulgated the White Paper on the Development of Block Chain Technology and Application in China(2016),It is pointed out that “the characteristics of block chain system,such as transparency and data can not be tampered with,are fully applicable to student credit management,entrance employment,academia,qualification certification,industry-university cooperation and so on. They are of great value to the healthy development of education and employment”. Research and development found that the current domestic and foreign block chain technology in the field of education is more and more widely used,there has been a worldwide “block chain plus education” attempt,some educational institutions are actively exploring,“internet plus education” is the general trend of global education development and transformation. Block chain technology can effectively integrate educational resources,achieve resource sharing,and make use of its distributed storage and information can not be tampered with,and so on to solve the pain problem of traditional education industry well. This paper studies the application of blockchain technology in primary and secondary education,and constructs a mechanism of primary and secondary education based on blockchain technology. This mechanism strengthens quality education and ability training,changes the traditional education model,reduces students’schoolwork burden to a certain extent,and promotes the healthy development of primary and secondary education.
