摘 要：在当前市场经济条件下，医院面临着更加激烈的市场竞争，因此医院需要强化自身的管理，资源管理是保证医院盈利能力的重要因素，医院的资产也是提升竞争力的重要因素。随着医院规模的不断扩大，医院资产的数量也在增加，管理难度也在增加，传统模式下的资产管理难以保证高效。由于RFID 技术的应用具有多方面的优势，可以为医院资产的全寿命周期管理创造多方面的有利条件，实现资产的优化配置，具有推广应用价值。

Research on Hospital Asset Management System for RFID Technology

Abstract：Under the current market economy conditions，hospitals face higher and fierce market competition. Therefore，hospitals need to strengthen their own management. Resource management is an important factor to ensure the hospital’s profitability.Hospital assets are also an important factor to enhance competitiveness. As the scale of hospitals continues to expand，the number of hospital assets is also increasing，and the difficulty of management is increasing. Asset management under the traditional model is difficult to ensure high efficiency. Because the application of RFID technology has many advantages，it can create multi-faceted favorable conditions for the life cycle management of hospital assets，realize the optimal allocation of assets，and have the value of promotion and application.
