摘 要：“互联网+”为教育注入新的活力，培养适应新经济形态下的应用型、创新型、复合型人才一直是技工院校的重要职责与使命。本文以浙江交通技师学院物联网应用技术（智慧交通方向）专业的人才培养模式为例，探索学生职业素养提升的策略，进一步强化专业质量的内涵建设，注重实践能力培养，提高学生综合素质，充分体现职教特色，提高人才培养质量。

Research on the Professional Quality Improvement of Internet of Things Students in Technical Colleges under the Background of “Internet Plus”

Abstract：“Internet plus” injects new vitality into education，and it has always been an important responsibility and mission of technical colleges to cultivate application-oriented，innovative and compound talents adapted to the new economic form. This article takes Zhejiang Traffic Technician College’internet of things applied technology （smart transportation） specialty as an example to explore the strategies for improving students’professional literacy，further strengthen the connotation construction of professional quality，pay attention to the cultivation of practical ability and improve the comprehensive quality of students，which fully reflects Features of vocational education to improve the quality of talent training.
