摘 要：以云计算为代表的互联网的发展，也开启了各类以云计算为基础的技术创新与应用，原本很难收集和利用的客户数据，也被充分发掘出来，对这些数据的分析，为企业发展创造了更高、更准确的数据价值。通过分析大数据时代背景下邮政面临的挑战，才能有针对性地提出邮政企业发展策略，通过大数据信息的收集、挖掘、分析、利用，促进企业更好的发展。同时，对福州邮区在大数据时代的发展措施做了简单阐述。

Challenges and Development Strategies Faced by Post in the Era of Big Data

Abstract：The development of the internet represented by cloud computing has also opened various kinds of technological innovation and application based on cloud computing. The customer data that was difficult to collect and use originally has also been fully explored. The analysis of these data has created higher and more accurate data value for the development of enterprises. Only by analyzing the challenges faced by the post in the era of big data，can the development strategies of postal enterprises be put forward pertinently. Through the collection，mining，analysis and utilization of big data information，the better development of enterprises can be promoted. At the same time，the development measures of Fuzhou post area in the era of big data are briefly described.
