LoRa 与NB-IoT 技术开启物联网新格局

摘  要:物联网时代的快速发展,使低功耗广域网络技术拉进了物联网通讯层长与低功耗之间的距离。LoRa 和NB-IoT作为IPWAN 两大主流阵营,有着大容量、广覆盖、低功耗、低成本及高稳定性等优势。本文基于NB-IoT 和LoRa 技术原理,分析其技术特点和商业特性,给出其市场定位,提出两者应优势互补并在竞争中寻求合作,拉开物联网时代新格局的帷幕。

The New Pattern of Internet of Things Opened by LoRa and NB-IoT Technology

Abstract:With the rapid development of the internet of things,low power wide area network technology has drawn the distancebetween the communication layer of the internet of things and the low power consumption. LoRa and NB-IoT,as the two mainstreamIPWAN camps,have the advantages of large capacity,wide coverage,low power consumption,low cost and high stability. Basedon the principle of NB-IoT and LoRa,this paper analyzes its technical characteristics and commercial characteristics,gives its marketorientation,puts forward the complementary advantages of the two and seeks cooperation in the competition,and opens the curtain of thenew pattern of the age of the internet of things.
