摘 要:为了更方便、快捷、准确地对大规模高压开关柜进行温度的实时监测,设计一套远距离无线温度监测系统。大多数温度采集系统功能单一,无线传输的距离受环境因素的影响较大,采集响应时间较长,采集成功率低。因此文中设计利用LoRa 无线传输技术,将 DS18B20 温度传感器采集到的温度数据传输至 STM32 单片机进行数据分析处理,再根据分析结果进一步操作以预防相应故障的发生。将大大解决无线传输距离受限的问题,同时对数据做简单的处理分析,也将更方便、快捷、准确地对故障类型进行判断。

Research on Wireless Temperature Monitoring System for High Voltage Switchgear

Abstract: In order to monitor the temperature of large-scale high-voltage switchgear more conveniently, quickly and accurately, a set of remote wireless temperature monitoring system is designed. Most temperature acquisition systems have single function, the wireless transmission distance is greatly affected by environmental factors, the acquisition response time is long, and the acquisition success rate is low. Therefore, this paper uses Lora wireless transmission technology to transmit the temperature data collected by DS18B20 temperature sensor to STM32 single-chip microcomputer for data analysis and processing, and then further operate according to the analysis results to prevent the occurrence of corresponding faults. It will greatly solve the problem of limited wireless transmission distance. At the same time, it will make simple data processing and analysis, and it will also be more convenient, fast and accurate to judge the fault type.
