摘 要：针对目前养老服务机构传统管理模式存在的问题，本文在人工智能和物联网技术的基础上设计了老年人康养庄园智慧管理系统，并给出了系统功能划分和工作流程，该系统可以大幅降低养老服务机构的运行成本，提高服务效率与质量。

Abstract：This paper in view of the existing problems in the traditional management mode of the old age service organization. Based on artificial intelligence and internet of things technology，this paper designs the intelligent management system of the elderly recuperation manor，and gives the system function division and work flow. The system can greatly reduce the operation cost of the pension service institutions，improve the service efficiency and quality.
