摘 要：在互联网信息技术的不断发展下，大数据已然成为当前炙手可热的研究热点和重要趋势，正在逐渐影响着人们的生活方式、日常行为及思考模式。大数据对规模庞大的数据库进行数字化处理，并采取撷取、管理和分析处理等方式，使之成为有用的数据并应用于诸多行业及领域中。但在大数据分析处理技术的应用程度加深、应用范围变广和海量数据整合下，随之而来的是个人信息出现的安全危机。笔者分析了基于大数据的个人信息安全目前所遇到的困境及个人安全问题在技术层面上的解决方法，并从各角度研究基于大数据的个人信息安全的战略。

Personal Information Security and Strategy Based on Big Data

Abstract：With the continuous development of internet information technology，big data has become a hot research topic and an important trend，which is gradually influencing people’s lifestyle，daily behavior and thinking mode. Big data digitizes huge databases and extracts，manages，analyzes and processes them，making them useful data and applying them to many industries and fields.However，as the application of big data analysis and processing technology deepens，its application scope widens and massive data integration，the security crisis of our personal information comes with it. The author analyzes the current dilemma of personal information security based on big data and the solution of personal security on the technical level，and studies the strategy of personal information security based on big data from various perspectives.
