摘 要：在信息化时代，医院信息化档案的管理对医院的发展意义重大，不但可以提高医疗水平，满足患者对医院的需求，提高社会的影响力，而且还可以为医院诊疗工作与管理工作提供重要的依据，为医院的进一步发展和壮大奠定基础。所以，信息时代，在医院开展信息化管理工作是患者的需要，也是发展的必然趋势。但是在发展、创新、改革的道路上，难免会遇到一些问题，目前医院信息化管理在建设、发展中就产生了一些问题，影响了医疗水平，也影响了医院的良好发展。本文笔者就医院信息化档案管理的一些研究，展开阐述，希望能为推动医院信息化管理助力。

Abstract：In the information age，the management of hospital information archives is of great significance to the development of hospitals. It can not only improve the medical level，meet the needs of patients and improve the influence of society，but also provide an important basis for the diagnosis and treatment work and management work of hospitals，and lay a foundation for the further development and growth of hospitals. Therefore，in the information age，it is the needs of patients and the inevitable trend of development to carry out information management in hospitals. But on the road of development，innovation and reform，some problems will inevitably be encountered. At present，there are some problems in the construction and development of hospital information management，which affect the medical level and the good development of hospitals. In this paper，the author expounds some research on hospital information archives management，hoping to help promote hospital information management.
