摘 要：为落实工学结合和培养高素质技能型人才开创有效途径和平台，某校在实训中心建设和运营管理的基础上，结合PC+ 项目，提出了“五位一体”实训室建设模式。秉承“借企业之水，行职教之舟”这一办学理念，以实现校企深度合作，从培训、实训、认证、生产、竞赛等五个方位打造新型实训中心，加强专业建设，实践创新型人才培养模式。

Research and Application of Practical and Innovative Talents Training Mode
——Taking the Construction of PC+Project Integration Training Center in a School as an Example

Abstract：In order to create an effective way and platform for the implementation of work-study integration and the training of highquality skilled personnel，the school put forward the “five-in-one” training room construction mode on the basis of the construction and operation management of the training center and the PC + project. Adhering to the school-running concept of “borrowing water from enterprises and carrying out vocational education boat”，the school-enterprise cooperation is deeply integrated，and a new training center is built from five aspects：training，practical training，certification，production and competition，so as to strengthen professional construction and practice innovative talent training mode.
