摘 要：微信公众号在高校精准就业服务中的有效应用能够使就业指导服务工作沟通反馈更加顺畅，优化和完善高校学生就业指导工作，为学生提供更加有针对性的服务。本文以2014 年9 月成立的微信公众号平台“升达就业信息服务平台”为例，通过对该公众号的文本调查研究，在数据分析的基础上，探讨微信公众号在高校就业精准服务模式中的应用方式，提出执行规范、定位清晰度以及需求匹配等方面存在的问题，并给出优化建议，为创新大学生就业工作模式，实现精准就业服务提出新的思路。

Application of WeChat Public Number in Accurate Service Model of Employment in Colleges and Universities

Abstract：The effective application of WeChat Public Number in the precise completion service of colleges and universities can make the communication and feedback of employment guidance service more fluent，and the employment guidance work of college students more optimized and improved，and provide more targeted services for students. This paper takes “Shengda Employment Information Service Platform” which was established in September 2014 as an example，through the text investigation and research of the public number，and on the basis of data analysis，discusses the application mode of the public number in the precise employment service mode of colleges and universities，puts forward the problems of implementation norms，positioning clarity and demand matching，and gives optimization suggestions，new ideas are put forward to realize precise employment service in order to innovate the employment mode of college students.
