摘 要：随着我国科学技术不断地飞跃发展，医院信息系统、检验信息系统、传输系统、影响存储系统等信息化业务功能被医院广泛的应用，这也为医院提供必要的医疗信息数据，进一步提高了医院的管理效果。现如今，社会经济的深入发展，加快了医院发展的步伐，医院管理人员以及卫生部门针对医院成本控制以及绩效评价提出了更高的要求与标准，为了优化医院经济管理，实现区域性医院成本控制及绩效评价信息平台的创建，提高实际工作效率，增加信息平台的利用率与使用率，这也为我国政府掌握与明确医疗服务价格提供了必要的科学依据。由此可见，探索构建区域性医院成本控制及绩效评价信息平台具有十分重要的现实意义。

Exploration of Constructing Information Platform for Cost Control and
Performance Evaluation of Regional Hospitals

Abstract：With the rapid development of science and technology in our country，hospital information system，laboratory information system，transmission system，impact storage system and other information-based business functions are widely used in hospitals，which also provides necessary medical information data for hospitals，and further improves the management effect of hospitals. Nowadays，with the further development of social economy and the acceleration of hospital development，hospital managers and health departments have put forward higher requirements and standards for hospital cost control and performance evaluation. In order to optimize hospital economic management，realize the establishment of regional hospital cost control and performance evaluation information platform，improve actual work efficiency and increase the use of information platform rate and utilization rate，which also provides the necessary scientific basis for our government to grasp and clarify the price of medical services. Therefore，it is of great practical significance to explore the construction of regional hospital cost control and performance evaluation information platform.
