Practice and Reflection on the Implementation of Electronic Medical Records

Abstract：This paper introduces the importance of electronic medical records in the process of hospital information construction. Combined with the online medical record process of the Guangzhou 12th People’s Hospital，it outlines the specific on-line method and implementation process，and to clarify the feasibility of the implementation of the pilot departments in advance so as to promote the overall use of the whole hospital；discussed the problems in the electronic medical record system and the countermeasures and methods to solve these problems，and analyzed the problems existing in the electronic medical records of the hospital，and proposed countermeasures and methods to solve these problems. The on-line use of the hospital’s electronic medical record system has improved the overall case safety quality of the hospital，standardized the use process of medical staff，and produced structured documents to lay a solid foundation for future research statistics. The continuous updating and improvement of the electronic medical record system will provide greater help for clinical work，with a view to promoting the pace of hospital information development in the hospital.
