摘 要:矿山提升机是矿山生产作业相当重要的设备之一,它负责运输的重大责任,传统的矿山提升机的电控系统采用的还是绕线式电动机转子串电阻调速,控制线路复杂、调速的性能差、故障率高、对电能的消耗也很高,而且实际操作性高,对于操作者是一个相当大的考验,所以对于矿山提升机控制系统的进行自动化改造很有必要。

Necessity Analysis of Transformation of Mine Hoist Automation Control System

Abstract:Mine hoist is one of the most important equipments for mine production operations. It is responsible for the major responsibility of transportation. The electric control system of the traditional mine hoist adopts the winding-type rotor string resistance speed regulation,and the control circuit is quite complicated. The performance of the speed regulation is also quite poor,the failure rate is also high,the consumption of electric energy is also high,and its practical operation is particularly high,which is a considerable test for the operator,so the control system of the mine hoist is carried out. Automated transformation is quite necessary.
