摘 要:随着科技越来越发达,机械的更新换代也越来越快。老式矿井提升机的控制系统是由继电器逻辑电路、大型空气接触器和测速发电机等一系列部件构成的有触点控制系统,这个系统的可靠性对于现在来说已经很差了:控制精度低且故障率高。当今矿井提升机系统已经逐渐被PLC 系统所取代,PLC 技术的应用大大提高了系统的控制精度和可靠性,降低了故障率。

Application Research of PLC Control Technology in Mine Hoist

Abstract:Technology is more and more developed,and the upgrading of machinery is getting faster and faster. The old-fashioned mine hoist control system is controlled by a series of components such as relay logic circuit,large air contactor and tachogenerator. The reliability of this system is very poor now,and the control accuracy is low and the failure rate is high. Now it has been expected by PLC,which greatly improves the control accuracy and reliability of the system and greatly reduces the failure rate.
