摘 要：大数据时代的到来让我们的工作、生活发生剧变的同时，也给医院药品管理带来了新的机遇。医院药品管理的好坏将会直接影响到医院的经济效益。在这样的背景下，如何运用大数据技术进一步完善医院药品管理是目前审计部门的一个重要课题。文章首先对数据分析在医院药品管理中的重要性进行阐述，然后对目前医院药品管理中存在的问题及其原因进行分析，最后提出运用大数据技术进一步完善医院药品管理的对策。

Abstract：The arrival of the era of big data has made great changes in our work and life，at the same time，it has also brought new opportunities to hospital drug management. The quality of hospital drug management will directly affect the economic benefits of the hospital. In this context，how to use big data technology to further improve hospital drug management is an important issue for the audit department.Firstly，the importance of data analysis in hospital drug management is elaborated. Then，the existing problems and their causes in hospital drug management are analyzed. Finally，the countermeasures of further improving hospital drug management by using big data technology are put forward.
