摘 要：医院的信息资料主要集中病案首页，也是信息重要的核心部分。病案首页为医院提供相关的数据报表和临床研究等信息，因此病案首页在医院信息资料整理中具有非常重要的作用，需要保证病案首页的信息真实有效。本文主要阐述了病案首页信息与医疗统计的关系，以及病案首页信息在医疗统计中的重要作用。

Abstract：The information of the hospital is mainly concentrated in the front page of the medical record，and also the importantcore part of the information. The homepage of the medical record provides relevant data reports and clinical studies for the hospital，so thehome page of the case record plays a very important role in the information arrangement of the hospital，so as to ensure the true and effectiveinformation on the front page of the case. This article mainly expounds the relationship between the information of the first page of the medicalrecord and the medical statistics，and the important role of the information of the front page of the medical record in the medical statistics.
