摘 要：随着我国经济的不断发展和进步，我国农村地区的电网越来越难以满足人们日常的生活需要，而智能电网的建设恰好能够解决当下我国农村地区的电网问题。因此，对其进行研究也日渐重要起来。智能电网建设是农村电网建设的重要组成部分，农村电网改造升级是智能电网建设的基础。解决农村电网的突出问题必须依靠智能电网技术。本文分析了二者之间的关系，并阐述了如何利用智能电网实现农村电网的转型。

Discussion on the Relationship Between Smart Grid Construction andRural Power Grid Transformation

Abstract：With the continuous development and progress of our country’s economy，the power grid in the rural areas of ourcountry can not meet the daily needs of the people，and the construction of the smart grid can solve the power grid problem in the ruralareas of our country right now，so the research on it is becoming more and more important. Smart grid construction is an important partof rural power grid construction. Reforming and upgrading of rural power grids is the foundation of smart grid construction. In order tosolve the outstanding problems of rural power grid，we must rely on smart grid technology. Therefore，this paper analyzes the relationshipbetween them，and expounds how to make use of smart grid to realize the transformation of rural power network.
