摘 要：实现高等院校教学管理的信息化，是适应当前整体社会发展需求的一项重要举措。在此基础上，可以实现学校教育服务能力、整体监管能力的大幅度提高，同时，实现在网络平台上集成管理与服务两项功能。高等院校的信息化，就是在教学管理中应用现代信息与通讯技术，在网络上实现管理与服务两项功能。高等院校在发展的过程中为适应社会的发展，需要不断接 收并开发信息，提高管理效率、增强调控能力以及提高决策水平。不同高校都在为实现高效管理而进行信息化建设的尝试，内容包括如何实现信息资源的共享、如何简化工作流程等等。信息化管理对于高校发展具有至关重要的作用，发展信息化管理已经势在必行。

Discussion on the Current Situation and Countermeasures ofUniversity Management Informatization Construction

Abstract：To realize the informationization of teaching management in colleges and universities is an important measure to meetthe needs of the current overall social development. On this basis，the school education service ability and the overall supervision abilitycan be greatly improved. At the same time，the two functions of integrated management and service can be realized on the networkplatform. The informationization of colleges and universities is the application of modern information and communication technologyin teaching management to realize the two functions of management and service on the network. In order to adapt to the development ofsociety，colleges and universities need to continuously receive and develop information，improve management efficiency，enhancethe ability of regulation and control，and improve the level of decision-making. Different colleges and universities are trying to achieveefficient management of information construction，including how to achieve the sharing of information resources，how to simplify theworkflow and so on. Information management plays a vital role in the development of colleges and universities. It is imperative to developinformation management.
