摘 要：CDIO 理念是最近几年外国科学家为了加强工程管理而提出来的一种新的工程管理模式。它强调以学生的自主学习为主导，加强学生的动手实践能力，提出了以“构思、设计、实现、运作”为主的理念。近年来，我国的网络工程专业教学也引进了CDIO 理念，更加注重教学任务中学生能力和兴趣的培养，从而让学生主动地去探索，从一味地钻研书本知识到书本知识与实践相结合，加强对学生实践能力的培养。

Teaching Reform and Practice of Network Engineering under the Concept of CDIO

Abstract：The concept of CDIO is a new engineering management mode put forward by foreign scientists in recent years tostrengthen engineering management. It emphasizes students’autonomous learning as the leading factor，strengthens students’practicalability，and puts forward the idea of “conceiving，designing，realizing and operating”. In recent years，the concept of CDIOhas also been introduced into the teaching of network engineering specialty in China，which pays more attention to the cultivation ofstudents’abilities and interests in teaching tasks，so as to enable students to explore actively，from blindly studying book knowledge tocombining book knowledge with practice，and to strengthen the cultivation of students’practical ability.
