摘 要：按照国家针对教育信息化做出的总体部署状况，为教育资源构建一个公共服务系统非常有必要，以信息化带动教育现代化，将教育机构以及社会组织高端的教育资源全面整合，促使教育变革和发展中心任务的达成。其中，通过构建教育资源公共服务系统来发挥教育教学信息化中心作用，从而搜集整理并共享高端教育资源。针对偏远地区大量薄弱学校缺师少教的难题，想要让这些地区获得充足的优质教育资源，本文积极创建公共服务平台，实现教育资源的全区覆盖、优化布局、对外放开的目标，从而传播了名校名师的先进教学理念以及教学方式，集中汇聚本地区原生态的实用教育资源，改进教学模式，在教育教学领域内充分利用信息技术。

Abstract：According to the overall deployment situation of the country for education informatization，it is necessary to build a public service system for educational resources. Informatization drives education modernization，and integrates educational institutions and high-end educational resources of social organizations to promote educational reform. And the achievement of the development center mission. Among them，through the construction of educational resources public service system to play the role of education and teaching information center，so as to collect and share high-end educational resources. In view of the problem of a large number of weak schools in remote areas lacking teachers and teaching，and wanting to obtain sufficient quality education resources in these areas，this paper actively creates a public service platform to achieve the coverage of educational resources，optimize the layout，and open the goal. It has spread the advanced teaching concepts and teaching methods of famous teachers. Concentrate on the practical resources of the original ecology of the region，improve the teaching model，and make full use of information technology in the field of education and teaching.
