摘 要：高速公路MTC 收费采用人工收费的方式，导致车辆经过收费站时时间浪费严重且影响交通运行通畅性，ETC 收费模式虽然自动化强，但也存在需要人工办理、充值或在普通民众生活中普及度不高等问题。因此，高速公司MTC 收费模式中非现金支付方式日益受到公众喜爱。本文针对当前非现金支付在高速公路MTC 收费中的应用与实现进行探究，提出相关巩固措施，以期有利于非现金支付方式应用水平的提升，进而推动高速公路MTC 收费模式的进一步完善与发展。

Discussion on the Application and Realization of Non-cash Payment inMTC Toll Collection of Expressway

Abstract：MTC toll collection on expressway adopts manual toll collection method，which results in serious waste of time when vehicles pass toll stations and affects the smooth operation of traffic. Although ETC toll collection mode has strong automation，it also has some problems such as manual handling，recharge or low popularity in ordinary people’s lives. Therefore，the way of non-cash payment in MTC charging mode of high-speed companies is increasingly popular with the public. This paper explores the application and realization of non-cash payment in MTC toll collection of expressway，and puts forward relevant consolidation measures. In order to promote the application level of non-cash payment，and further promote the further improvement and development of MTC toll mode of expressway.
