摘 要：新一轮医改后，各公立医院都在进行管理模式的转变，比如财务管理上，将信息技术融入财务核算已成为大多数医院的选择。本文以基层医院台州某医院为例，通过构建财务预算管理信息平台，改变以往传统预算管理模式存在的问题，提出了预算信息化的目标和设计方案，为医院强化财务监督、增强经费管理水平、提高资金使用效益提供有益的借鉴。

Discussion on Informatization Construction and Application ofBudget Management in Grass-roots Public Hospitals
——Take a Hospital in Taizhou as an Example

Abstract：After the new round of health care reform，public hospitals are changing their management mode，such as financial management. Integrating information technology into financial accounting has become the choice of a large number of hospitals. This paper take a hospital in Taizhou as an example，through the construction of financial budget management information platform，changes the existing problems of traditional budget management mode，and puts forward the goal and design scheme of budget informatization， which can provide useful reference for hospitals to strengthen financial supervision，enhance the level of fund management and improve the efficiency of fund use.
