摘 要：档案是珍贵的历史印迹，也是记录社会发展、进行单位管理的重要载体。在传统的档案管理过程中，由于储存条件、管理理念等因素的局限性影响，档案管理活动的效率与实际应用受到了限制。因此，信息化建设如今已经成为创新档案管理工作的重要切入点。将信息化技术全面应用到档案管理活动中，将在切实优化档案管理效率的基础上，发挥信息检索技术的应有优势，优化纸质档案管理、存储，实现规范化与数字化管理。本文从档案信息化建设的现实需求分析入手，结合档案信息化建设的内容及技术要求，综合研究档案信息化建设的理论路径。

The Realistic Needs and Theoretical Path of Archives Informatization Construction

Abstract：Archives are precious historical impressions and important carriers for recording social development and unit management. In the traditional process of archives management，the efficiency and practical application of archives management activities are limited by the limitations of storage conditions，management concepts and other factors. Therefore，today，information construction has become an important entry point for innovative archives management. The application of information technology in archives management will give full play to the advantages of information retrieval technology，optimize the management and storage of paper archives，and realize standardized and digital management on the basis of effectively optimizing the efficiency of archives management.This paper starts with the analysis of the actual needs of archives informatization construction，combines the contents and technical requirements of archives informatization construction，and studies the theoretical path of archives informatization construction.
