摘 要：随着科学技术的进步，人类迎来了信息时代，推动了全球经济与社会的发展。信息化革命给国有企业干部人事档案管理工作带来了新的发展契机，加强档案管理信息化建设已成为国有企业更好地适应时代发展要求的一项重要措施。本文阐述了信息化背景下国有企业干部人事档案管理信息化的必要性，并提出了国有企业干部人事档案信息化管理的方向与措施，为国有企业干部人事档案管理信息化的工作提供了必要的参考。

Analysis of Information Management of Cadres’Personnel Files in State-owned Enterprises

Abstract：With the progress of science and technology，mankind has ushered in the information age and promoted the development of global economy and society. The information revolution has brought new opportunities to the management of personnel files of stateowned enterprises. Strengthening the information construction of archives management has become an important measure for stateowned enterprises to better adapt to the requirements of the times. This paper expounds the necessity of informatization of personnel archives management of state-owned enterprises under the background of informatization，and puts forward the direction and measures of informatization management of personnel archives of state-owned enterprises，and provides a necessary reference for the informatization of personnel files management of state-owned enterprise cadres.
