摘 要：本文首先介绍了目前企业信息系统应用情况，并分析了存在的问题，分析得出的主要问题有管理系统之间数据不兼容、数据无法共享、无法满足集团化管控需求、系统无法升级等。随后本文介绍企业信息管理系统建设的主要目标是实现业务数据和资源共享、规范企业业务流程、使公司高层能及时掌握企业经营动态、辅助进行科学决策等。接着对主流ERP 产品进行了横向和纵向的比较，最后对ERP 系统选型进行了SWOT 分析，希望能给相关集团型公司的ERP 选型提供一些参考。

Abstract：Firstly，this paper introduces the current application of enterprise information system and analyses the existing problems.The main problems are incompatible data between management systems，data can not be shared，unable to meet the needs of group management and control，and the system can not be upgraded. Subsequently，the article introduces that the main goal of the construction of enterprise information management system is to realize business data and resource sharing，standardize business processes，timely grasp of business dynamics by senior management，and assist in scientific decision-making. Then the main ERP products are compared horizontally and vertically. Finally，the SWOT analysis of ERP system selection is carried out，hoping to provide some reference for related group companies in ERP selection.
