摘 要:一直以来,工程造价管理都是建筑工程中的重要内容,它贯穿于工程中的每一个环节,需要收集并整合每个环节的数据信息,但由于各个环节的信息量过于庞大,无法将各个阶段的信息进行有效的衔接,同时低效率的管理模式也导致工程造价管理过程变得十分冗长。为此,我国逐渐将BIM 技术引入到建筑领域内,通过BIM 技术信息集成化等优点,将工程中各环节数据和信息相衔接,进而提高工作效率、工作质量,并减少不必要的经济损失。

Practice and Related Exploration of Whole Process Cost Management Based on BIM

Abstract:Project cost management has always been an important part of construction engineering. It runs through every link of the project and needs to collect and integrate data and information in each link. However,because of the huge amount of information in each link,it is impossible to effectively link up the information in each stage,and at the same time,inefficient management model also leads to the long process of project cost management. For this reason,BIM technology is gradually introduced into the field of construction in China. Through the advantages of integration of BIM technology and information,data and information are linked up in every link of the project,so as to improve work efficiency,work quality and reduce unnecessary economic losses.
