摘 要：随着计算机技术与信息技术的不断发展，我国已经进入了“互联网+”时代，在这种环境下，各个行业各个领域都向着数字化信息化的方向发展。对于档案管理工作而言，为了提高档案管理工作的效率和现代化程度，档案人需要结合“互联网+”环境的特点，以“互联网+”思维来进行档案数字化建设。本文对基于“互联网+”环境下的档案数字化建设进行了论述，分析了“互联网+”对数字化建设的影响、面临的主要问题以及“互联网+”环境下数字化建设的方法，目的在于提高我国档案数字化的发展速度，以供参考。

Construction of Archives Digitalization Based on “Internet Plus” Environment

Abstract：With the development of computer technology and information technology，our country has entered the “internet plus” era，in this environment，all fields of the industry are developing in the direction of digital information. In the case of file management，in order to improve the efficiency and the modernization of the file management work，the archivists need to combine the characteristics of the “internet plus” environment and take the “internet plus” of thinking to carry out the digital construction of the archives. This paper discusses the digital construction of the archives based on the “internet plus” environment，analyzes the influence of the “internet plus” on the digital construction，the main problems and the method of the digital construction in the “internet plus”environment，and aims at improving the development speed of the archives digitization in our country for reference.
