摘 要：建设企业技能实训平台项目，落实信息技术人员配置及培训，加强对实验室及技术的支撑力量，完善信息人才培养的目标是建设信息技术专业人员实训平台项目的根本目的，也能够为信息系统运维管理人员提供技能水平提升方案，实现环境模拟与实训、竞赛环境应用的统一化管理。本实训平台在第三方云平台软件的基础上，针对信息岗位专业知识和技能的应用进行开发设计。根据 IT 运维水平的相关要求，实现系统管理人员的 IT 运维水平提升，完善基于岗位的信息人才培养体系，实现模真信息专业工作中的各类生活场景，培养提升员工实际工作中可能面对的工作和问题的处理能力，以满足企业 IT 运维工作的需求。

Design of Training Platform for IT Professionals Based on Training Environment

Abstract：Building enterprise skill training platform project，implementing information technology personnel configuration and training，strengthening laboratory and technical support，and improving the goal of information talent training is the fundamental purpose of building information technology professionals training platform project，and also for information system operation and maintenance managers provide skills level improvement programs to achieve unified management of environmental simulation and training，and competition environment applications. Based on the third-party cloud platform software，this training platform develops and designs the application of professional knowledge and skills of information posts. According to the relevant requirements of IT operation and maintenance level，the system management personnel’s IT operation and maintenance level will be improved，the post-based information talent training system will be improved，and various life scenarios in the simulation information professional work will be realized，and cultivate and improve the ability to deal with the work and problems that employees may face in their actual work，so as to meet the needs of it operation and maintenance work of enterprises.
