摘 要：在国家监察体制改革和内设机构改革后，检察事业的发展迎来了新时代。检察技术作为司法体系的信息化辅助工具，也迎来了新的机遇和挑战。基层院作为检察系统的分支力量在改革的新形势下，如何积极调整职能，在法律监督主体不变的前提下，革新检察技术，加强基层检察院的信息化建设，是目前面临的主要难题。

The Construction of Procuratorial Informationization of BasicLevel Procuratorates in the New Era

Abstract：After the reform of the national supervision system and the reform of the built-in institutions，the development of procuratorial undertakings has ushered in a new era. Procuratorial technology，as an informationized assistant tool of the judicial system，also ushered in new opportunities and challenges. As a branch of procuratorial system，under the new situation of reform，how to actively adjust its functions，innovate procuratorial technology and strengthen the information construction of basic level procuratorates under the premise that the subject of legal supervision remains unchanged is the main problem we are facing at present.
