摘 要：机场工程建设项目管理应以信息化环境为基础，尤其是在现代建设项目中，实现信息化十分重要，信息化项目管理方法比传统项目管理方法更具效率，可解放人力，提升工作合理程度，面对一些细节性的问题，信息化项目管理也可以较好地对其进行处理。针对这一现状，本文对机场工程建设信息化项目管理的相关问题进行分析，希望能为广大同仁提供一定的参考。

Airport Engineering Construction Project Management Based on Information Environment

Abstract：Airport engineering construction project management should be based on information environment，especially in modern construction projects，it is very important to realize informatization. Compared with traditional project management methods，informatization project management is more efficient，which can liberate manpower and improve the rationality of work. In the face of some details，informatization project management can also deal with them better. In view of this situation，this paper analyses the related problems of airport engineering construction informatization project management，hoping to provide some reference for colleagues.
