摘 要：目前各级法院都面临着文书送达难、判决执行难的问题。随着国家“互联网+”行动计划的发布及国内移动互联网技术的发展，移动互联网、物联网、云计算、大数据等互联网技术成为解决送达及执行难的有利工具。本文通过建设基于大数据的综合管理系统，实现了送达及执行的全流程闭环管理。使用短信、微信、外呼系统等技术实现文书的电子送达，并通过大数据对当事人的活动范围、行踪、消费行为、执行能力进行判断，解决执行难问题。

Research on the Ssolution of Court Documents Delivery and Decision Execution Bbased on Big Data

Abstract：At present，courts at all levels are faced with difficulties in delivering documents and difficulties in enforcement decisions. With the rapid development of mobile internet technology and the domestic release of national internet plus action plan， through the mobile internet，networking，cloud computing，big data and other internet technology as a solution to deliver and perform the favorable tool difficult. By building the integrated management system based on big data，the whole process closed loop management of service and execution is achieved in this paper. Using the technology of SMS，WeChat and external call system to realize the electronic delivery of the documents，through the large data to judge the parties' activities，whereabouts，consumption behavior and execution ability，to solve the difficult problems of execution.
