摘 要：日常办公能够直接影响高校的发展，要保证相应工作的顺利完成，提高办公效率，就需要不断加强高校办公的自动化建设。在新时期背景下，高校办公自动化建设面临的环境更加复杂，如何提高其建设质量和发展效率已经成为当前的重中之重。针对这种情况分析了现阶段建设办公自动化的重要性，最后提出了相应的解决对策，希望能够促使高校办公自动化的科学化建设。 关键词：高校；办公自动化；科学化；信息化

The Construction and Development of Office Automation in Colleges and Universities

Abstract：Daily office can directly affect the development of colleges and universities. In order to ensure the smooth completion of the corresponding work and improve the office efficiency，we need to constantly strengthen the automation construction. In the new era，the construction of office automation in colleges and universities is facing a more complex environment. How to improve its construction and development efficiency has become the top priority. In view of this situation，this paper analyzes the importance of the construction of office automation at this stage，and finally puts forward the corresponding solutions，hoping to promote the scientific construction of office automation in colleges and universities.
