摘 要:广州作为中国最大的汽车制造产业集群地之一,面临着数字化转型过程中行业销量、利润、用户关系、能力建设、 行业重塑等多重压力,迫切需要开展基于用户驱动的全价值链数字化转型。包括倾听用户需求的研发数字化,打造智慧工厂,以 及“以用户体验为中心”的营销数字化。基于新型用户关系打造数字化新业务、新生态,推进自动驾驶,搭建智驾圈,开展共享 出行,实现向移动出行服务提供商转型。同时,推进敏捷型组织、数字化中台、思想再造等组织能力保障。

Research on Digital Transformation of Guangzhou Automobile Industry Based on User Driven

Abstract:As one of the largest automobile manufacturing industry clusters in China,Guangzhou is faced with multiple pressures in the process of digital transformation,such as industry sales,profits,user relations,capacity-building,industry remodeling,etc.,it is urgent to carry out the full value chain digital transformation based on user driven. Including listening to the R & D digitalization of users’needs,building a smart factory,and marketing digitalization “centered on user experience”. Based on the new user relationship,we will create a new digital business and new ecology,promote automatic driving,build a smart driving circle, carry out shared travel,and realize the transformation to a mobile travel service provider. At the same time,we should promote organizational capacity guarantee such as agile organization,digital middle platform,and thought reengineering.
