摘 要：以医院护理管理系统为依托，实现与全院人力资源管理系统、移动护理管理系统、HIS 系统等信息化系统互联互通、数据共享。通过护理管理系统新功能建设及临床使用，优化了护理流程，提高了护理工作效率，实现了患者安全医疗，对临床护理管理工作起到了积极推动作用。随着护理管理系统建设不断实践和完善，必将成为今后护理管理系统发展的新趋势。

Discussion on the New Trend of Nursing Management System Construction

Abstract：Based on the hospital nursing management system，it realizes the interconnection and data sharing with the hospital human resource management system，mobile nursing management system，HIS system and other information systems. Through the new function construction and clinical use of nursing management system，the nursing process was optimized，the nursing work efficiency was improved，and the patient safety medical treatment was realized，which played a positive role in clinical nursing management. With the continuous practice and improvement of nursing management system construction，it will become a new trend of nursing management system development in the future.
