摘 要:利用气象台发布的天气预报预警信息、欧洲中期天气预报中心(ECMWF)模式细网格预报产品以及河北省气象局智能网格预报等气象资料,结合衡水市供热实际情况,基于程序开发和数据库技术,研究设计了衡水市供热专业气象服务平台,为供热公司提供精细智慧气象服务。平台的应用在节省能源和环境保护等方面起到了积极的作用,取得了一定的经济效益、环境效益和社会效益。

Development and Application Research of Meteorological Service Platform for City Heating

Abstract:Based on the weather forecast and early warning information issued by the meteorological station,the European Medium Range Weather Forecast Center(ECMWF)model fine grid forecast product and the intelligent grid forecast of Hebei Meteorological Bureau,combined with the actual situation of Hengshui heating,and based on the program development and database technology,the Hengshui heating professional meteorological service platform is researched and designed to provide the heating company with fine intelligent gas Like service. The application of the platform has played a positive role in energy saving and environmental protection,and has achieved certain economic,environmental and social benefits.
