摘 要:事项库是政务应用的重要基础,事项库的构建思路和输出能力直接决定着政务应用的基础,从而对政务服务的效果产生重要影响。文章探讨了如何基于基础事项库构建事项智能化要素库并输出标准化、关系化能力,为政务应用提供精准的、灵活的、可扩展的基础能力,从而为实现“标准化、精准化、智能化”的政务服务提供一种参考借鉴思路。

Research on the Intelligent Element Database of “All in One Network”

Abstract:Event base is an important foundation of government affairs application. The construction and output ability of event basedirectly determine the base of government affairs application,which has an important impact on the effect of government affairs service.This paper discusses how to build the event intelligent element database based on the basic event database and output standardized andrelational capabilities,so as to provide accurate,flexible and expandable basic capabilities for government applications,so as to providea reference for the realization of “standardized,accurate and intelligent” government services.
